How To Meditate - No More Difficult Techniques

There are so many widely known tips and techniques to meditate.

But if you look at them carefully, you will realize that those techniques cannot be achieved, because nobody can decide and measure if you are doing it well or not; even yourself, neither.

For example, regarding your breath, how often or how deep exactly do you have to breathe in and out?

Regarding your posture, how much exactly do you make your spine upright? How much exactly do you have to cross your legs?

Regarding your concentration, how can you know if you are concentrating well or not? And how about your ever-changing focus?

And most of all, can you use all the required techniques exactly same each time? Even if you seems to succeed to do it, if you are not everlasting, what's the use of it?

We cannot say that the meditation is about various techniques like breathing, posture or concentration of the moment any more. Such an obscure age has already passed. Now, it is the age of completion.

As a human being, your final destination is the Truth which is everlasting, never-changing and alive.

The meditation should be able to tell you what is the exact destination, the Truth, you have reach. The meditation should be able to take you to the exact destination, the Truth, in the short term. And the meditation should be able to show you exactly where you are on the way to the destination, the Truth.

Only the method which came from the Truth can take you to the Truth. And the method would be very exact and simple so that everyone can become Truth equally. It is a matter of common sense.
